Internet Constitutional Act is an attempt to create a common code of laws to be used internationally on Internet. This ambitious project is structured in three main steps. First Step is to collect the rules form different countries that are used to order Internet and translate it in English (that is the international language), in this way there will be a place on internet where everyone can find in an easy way those information, also this step will create consciousness about this issues. Second Step is to compare and discuss the laws collected in the previous part and write new rules that can be applied in an international environment and that can be used to solve some Internet Legal Issues. Third Step will happen after there will be enough new written rules, where those will be collected in a book and given to people that can be consider those as a possible International Internet Constitution. All those steps will happen believing in the web 2.0 philosophy where users will submit and update the contents, because I think that Internet people has to write the International Laws for Internet.
